The hotel had exceptional cleanliness, amazing facilities, and convenient parking. The location outside of the city center was perfect as it offered stunning lakeside views. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had wonderful views from a high altitude and the rooms were large with beautiful furnishings. the breakfast was delicious and the amenities included a pool and sauna. the staff was very helpful and provided recommendations for excursions and dining.

The access to the hotel was via a steep drive that could be challenging for some, especially in bad weather. the spa services were expensive, charging extra for a massage.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in lush gardens on a hillside overlooking the lake. The architecture of the house is spectacular, with attractive open public rooms and large terraces that offer stunning views. Our room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on our terrace, admiring the beauty of nature. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The homemade breakfast in the classy dining room was a treat, and the evening meal was delicious. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

This hotel is located outside the city center and offers beautiful views right on the lakeside. the Tuscan style decor of the building is very pleasant. the staff is generally helpful and accommodating, recommending excellent restaurants and activities in the area.

Some guests may find the unpaved roads leading to the hotel and steep road to parking inconvenient.

We stayed at a beautiful Italian style villa during Christmas. The location was great, with breathtaking views over the lake. The staff was friendly, and offered us delicious homemade breakfast and impeccable room service. We also loved the spa facilities, which added to the relaxing vibe of the place.

The villa lacked a proper refrigerator in the room and the mini-bar was hardly stocked. As it was during the holidays, there were loud parties till late at night that interfered with our sleep. the villa felt overpriced for the facilities offered, not a great value for money.
